项目坐落于古韵绍兴，此地如诗如画，山水、名士、戏曲、美酒均道不尽这座越国古都深藏骨子里的风雅。本次我们在浙江绍兴华发国际金融活力城·沁庭，开启一场东南亚的度假之旅，将自然主题与当代度假生活合二为一，展示着来自南国的热情。

This time, we will start a holiday trip in Southeast Asia in Zhejiang Shaoxing Huafa International Finance Vitality City · Qinyuan, combining nature theme with contemporary holiday life, showing the enthusiasm from the South.

对此新城生活我们尝试思考一种根植热带风情的极简美学探索，希望这份探索是掺杂着现代与自然的“融合”，始于自然的“顺式设计”，用东南亚充沛的自然风情消除区域的局限，打造度假感十足的居住空间。

In this new town life, we try to think about a minimalist aesthetic exploration rooted in tropical customs, hoping that this exploration is mixed with modern and natural "fusion", starting from the natural "cis-design", using the abundant natural customs of Southeast Asia to eliminate regional limitations and create a vacation-filled living space.

整体项目展示着显著的热带休闲风情特征，并追求现代艺术美学，打造湖东片金融城品牌高品质、国际化的现代浪漫。

The overall project shows the remarkable characteristics of tropical leisure, and pursues modern art aesthetics to create a high-quality, international modern romance of the City brand of Hudong Piece.

当落日沉淀，沉浸在斜阳的风光下，我们踏入归家的仪式中。对称式的入口门头，经由简洁利落的几笔勾勒，结合木、石、金的不同材质肌理，以不同尺度的比例关系，于闹市之中寻一方南国的静谧。

特色的银海枣阵列搭配与绿植切块设置，让整体中轴道路呈现出简约大气、更具高级质感的平面构成画面。

人行视角将开敞与通透的空间动态化演绎，我们希望纯粹的秩序建立新的南国仪式美学，目之所及，感受对从布局到装饰细节，充满自然主义特色的材质质感。

在本案中结合东南亚自然风光，茂密的植被、水景、现代式东南亚风格凉亭为代表的精致构筑物穿插其中，元素与肌理奠定了场景的度假氛围。

In this case, combined with the natural scenery of Southeast Asia, the refined structures represented by dense vegetation, water features and modern Southeast Asian style pavilions are interspersed among them, and the elements and textures lay the holiday atmosphere of the scene.

△ 植物品种选择

植物品种上采用华盛顿棕榈、银海枣、蒲葵、芭蕉、细叶棕竹、望鹤兰等东南亚风情植物，与本地树种的种植搭配组合，达到自然的和谐生态平衡，休闲生活与动感空间进行融合。
