背景 | CONTEXT
项目位于辽宁省大连市金州区，周边交通便捷，拥有大连周水子机场、金州湾国际机场等便利交通设施。本次设计我们意在为发展中的都市创造一个安顿身心的归家之处。我们关注居住空间与景观空间的联系，希望空间能与居住者产生“对话”。在这里，居民可以感受到舒适、开放、恰到好处的空间，让生活更加自在放松。同时，我们将大连特有的地貌环境融入设计，形成独特的品质空间。
The project is located in Jinzhou District, Dalian, Liaoning Province, with convenient transportation facilities, such as Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport and Jinzhou Bay International Airport. In this design, we wanted to create a place to settle body and soul. We pay attention to the connection between living space and landscape space, and hope that they can create a "dialogue" with the redients. Here, residents can feel comfortable, open, and just the right space to make life more comfortable and relaxing. At the same time, we integrate Dalians unique geomorphological environment into the design.
项目力求实现建筑、景观与居民之间的和谐共生。我们关注都市居民的身心需求，打造出一个既满足空间功能需求，又能带来心灵慰藉的优质生活环境。在这个充满生机与活力的社区，每个人都能找到属于自己的温暖港湾，尽享美好生活。
The project seeks to achieve a balance among architecture, landscape and residents. We pay attention to the physical and mental needs of urban residents, and create a high-quality living environment that not only meets the functional needs of space, but also brings spiritual comfort. We wish, in this vibrant community, everyone can find their own warmth and enjoy a good life to the fullest.
