The site location of Brilliant Project is in Chang’an District, Shijiazhuang City.Chang’an District is the traditional old town of Shijiazhuang. As the provincial and municipal main administrative place, Chang’an District plays an important role in the future development plan. The site is located at the political and economic center of Shijiazhuang, where is 2 km from the Shijiazhuang Municipal People’s Government, and 2 km from Shijiazhuang’s core business circle Beiguo Commercial Building.

中海·云锦项目的设计理念是将丝锦编织进行概念转译。场地宛如一匹云锦织布，贯穿场地南北的流动蜿蜒的飘带状归家主轴线带领着我们重回过去，大区空间的景观肌理以织布图案进行融合交汇，意为致敬五厂光荣的历史，致敬那个纺织时代的奇迹。
The design concept of Brilliant Project is to translate the concept of silk brocade weaving. The site is like a cloud brocade fabric to leads us back to the past. The landscape texture of the residential area space integrates with the fabric pattern, which means to pay tribute to the glorious history of the Five Factories and the miracle of that textile era.
What does Shijiazhuang Peoples Dream House Look Like?
小区周边环境为石家庄老城区，缺乏高品质的景观空间和视野。云锦小区内景观用花园式造景手法为住户打造一个精致高雅的居住环境，满足城市精英阶层对环境调性的诉求，并通过5进式的空间策略营造层层递进的景观效果，提升业主归家的仪式感。
The site is surrounded by old urban district, lacking of high-quality landscape spaces and views. The landscape of Brilliant Project used garden-style landscapingtechniques to create a delicate and elegant living environment for residents, satisfying their strong desire for presentable appearance., and create progressive landscape effects through 5-step spatial strategies to enhance the owners sense of home ceremony.

西区人行主入口以高端酒店大堂的风格来打造，设有等候区及会客区，丰富了入口的品质感，以满足城市新贵阶层的精致调性——比奢华更自由，比平凡更讲究。
The main entrance of the West area is designed in the style of a high-end hotel lobby, with waiting and receiving areas, enriching the sense of quality of the entrance to meet the exquisite tone of the citys new rich class -- more freedom than luxury, more exquisite than ordinary.
全区由两条南北向的轴线式归家步道贯穿，中央核心景观节点再次强调了仪式感。

西区中央核心景观结合视觉美观和实用功能，以简约大气且极具线条感的地形景观为主，以高密度的绿化面积打造“花园式”生态人居环境。

中央叠级水景提升了整个庭院的格调，也给人提供亲水互动的机会。现代风格的景亭以会客休闲功能服务于住户，占据全园制高点，让人停留其中感受到尊贵典雅的气蕴。

结合景亭设置以“云游星际”为主题的中央儿童活动区，设置丰富多样的游乐设施，同样，以蓝色星际为主要图案的塑胶地垫可以保证小朋友在其中安全奔跑玩耍，给小朋友以无限的趣味和遐想。活动区边缘设置结合树池的座凳，为家长提供零距离看护空间的同时也促进了亲子间的互动。
