长春万科 · 公园都会（一展） / 派澜设计

本案位于长春市四大板块之一的长春国际汽车城，临近各大汽车产业基地，周边资源丰富，配套设施成熟。设计师将科技感与绿意引入场地，挖掘汽车本体之外的价值，通过特色人文空间的呈现，去还原和演绎追求的生活化场景。

The project is located in Changchun International Automobile City, one of the four major sectors of Changchun City, close to major automobile industry bases, with abundant surrounding resources and mature supporting facilities. The designer introduces the sense of science and technology and greenery into the site, explores the value outside the car body, and restores and interprets the pursuit of life scenes through the presentation of the characteristic humanistic space.

门楼延续建筑色系，入口挑檐轻薄，与墙形成轻重对比，纯粹中凸显品质。格栅营造通透隐约的视线感，涌泉赋予入口空间活力与朝气，与地面充分融合，形成富有节奏变化的视觉体验。

The gatehouse continues the architectural color system, and the entrance canopy is light and thin, forming a light and heavy contrast with the wall, highlighting the quality in purity. The grille creates a transparent and faint sense of sight, and Yongquan gives vitality and vigor to the entrance space, which is fully integrated with the ground to form a rhythmic visual experience.

Passing through the gatehouse, through the combination of space conversion and scenery wall, the sense of landscape experience is increased, and the landscape tour path is ingeniously elongated.

绿树成荫，水声环绕，色调的对比、交错的光线、不同的表皮肌理营造场地的未来感。

The shade of green trees, surrounded by sound of water, contrast of tones, interlaced light, and different skin textures create a sense of the future of the site.

玻璃砖作为主墙,在夜晚呈现出局部发光的效果,让空间变得更加梦幻多彩,营造前场仪式氛围感。

As the main wall, glass bricks present a partial luminous effect at night, making the space more dreamy and colorful, creating a sense of atmosphere for the front court ceremony.

艺术停车场

停车场沥青地面加入几何图案，由工业和科技元素演变而成，满足视觉感、设计感的同时具有强烈的导向性。

Geometric patterns are added to the asphalt floor of the parking lot, which is evolved from the elements of industry and technology, which satisfies the sense of vision and design and has a strong sense of guidance.

生态空间

清风徐来，光影交融，生态之环投影在镜面上，相映成趣。增加灯光水雾表现，一层淡淡的水雾，花草树木若隐若现，添了一份神秘、优雅。

The breeze is coming, the light and shadow blend together, and the ecological ring is projected on the mirror, creating an interesting contrast. Increase the performance of light and water fog, a layer of light water fog, flowers and trees looming, adding a mysterious and elegant.

小径撒满了绿意，穿过丛林，便进入到品质感城市庭院。

The path is full of greenery, passing through the jungle and into the city courtyard with a sense of quality.

下沉空间营造出一个户外剧场，场地为形，陪伴为意，与环境融合的户外生活剧场。

The sunken space creates an outdoor theater, the venue is shaped, accompanied by the intention, and the outdoor life theater is integrated with the environment.

场地预留营销平台，阳光草坪承载游憩、观赏、运动等多种功能活动，外围植被隔绝喧嚣。

A marketing platform is reserved for the site, and the sunny lawn carries multiple functional activities such as recreation, viewing, and sports, and the surrounding vegetation isolates the noise from the hustle and bustle.

休闲空间

品味惬意生活，空间上相互渗透、穿插，营造一个舒适的户外交流空间。临时售楼处工业风打造，楼前采取白色地面，降低工业风的粗犷感，让空间感更加柔和。

Taste comfortable life, interpenetrate and intersect each other in space, creating a comfortable outdoor communication space. The temporary sales office is built in an industrial style, and the white ground is used in front of the building to reduce the roughness of the industrial style and make the space feel softer.

砾石地面与环形艺术装置、阵列树景打造丰富的竖向空间层次。

The gravel ground, circular art installations, and array of treescapes create rich vertical spatial levels.

由于这个项目特殊的时间节点，项目中融合了由甲方提供的宁波万科滨河道项目、南通万科时代之光项目的门楼和集装箱式营销中心等构筑物，项目从开始到施工完成总共只花了两个月的时间。尽管过程艰辛坎坷，平均每天出稿三次，不断颠覆、修改、调整。但是在设计方和甲方的紧密配合、共同努力下，在短暂的时间内项目最终呈现的效果，双方都比较满意。
