背景 | CONTEXT

项目位于滨海之都，素有京津门户之称的大连，依山靠海，洗尽铅华；它包容并蓄，多元立体，它现代、都市、时尚、律动、幽蓝，它有着2211公里长海岸线的辽阔与浪漫，有着北纬 39 的文艺与热情，有着万船飞渡、千古潮汐的奇幻，且看海乐谱奏之下的景语意识流光。

设计深入挖掘当地的经济、文化、生活脉络并从中汲取灵感，从观者场地体验角度出发，全面剖析空间肌理；提取北纬 39海韵律动的水波纹元素，海边舞者的意象，以代表着自然、海洋、生命的振动频率的432Hz为基调，融入莫扎特古典音乐细腻、华贵、含蓄、典雅的气质，表达空间的递进，时间的催化，情感的介入，演绎一场大连海滨的假日生活狂想曲。心向自然，返璞归真，切身感受听觉与视觉与场地的同频共振。

受狭小的场地先天制约，售楼处只能选择北侧幼儿园建筑临时设置；如何在16*110米的场地重塑与外部景观展示品质，是设计最大的挑战；我们通过细节设计与理念贯彻，用简洁现代的设计语言，力求融合品质、生活为一体。利用三进式空间形成人流路线引导，同时增加空间的纵深感与体验感，较短的直线流线，化解为串联性的展示流线，有效规避了较小示范区流线短而直接的尴尬体验，弱化空间狭小感，赋予了小空间大的意趣。

逐影礼序门廊
A大调，单簧管协奏曲

初见，静谧幽生，浅隐自然

海韵回声雕塑在庭户，旋转时空洞壑当门前

流动的光影禅迹与凝固的建筑互为映衬

海滨的深蓝乐章在明亮与阴影之间轻盈交换

打造统一连续的庄严界面

画卷铺陈开朝晖夕阳，阅尽繁华的深远意境

与舞者同舞，或与树静思

抑或循着432Hz的回声

灵昧微韵，轻嗅古典悠扬

闲情所寄，岁月悠悠

微光澜庭，雅趣疏影

在天空中钓鱼，在镜水中深潜
